Studio Production course

Professional Studio Techniques for Modern Producers

Studio Production is a short-course module designed for producers and self-produced artists ready to move beyond the laptop: from mastering the use of professional recording and mixing facilities to integrating hardware synths and outboard processing into their workflow.

Tailored for those who have established a strong base in digital production, this launch module delivers hands-on training across essential techniques and studio practices. Learn to harness the full potential of studio environments, refine your mixing and production skills, and cast off the laborious programming emulations to infuse your music with naturally nuanced hardware sonics and musician-played parts.

This course is for music creators wanting to surpass the limitations of MIDI programming, sample editing and virtual synths, as well as producers ready to expand their technical skills beyond software production techniques.

Requirements: You should have a good understanding of Ableton Live and at least two tracks ready for development.

Studio Production can be taken as a stand-alone module,
or as part of the full Launch Series course.
