Producer, DJ, bassist, keyboardist and all-round synthesizer fiend, Michael Di Francesco has as many projects as he does talents.
As an artist/producer he is best known for his Italo-synth groovers such as Pizza Guy, the house-infused Real Talk with Anna Lunoe (a Beatport #1 single). As producer he performed the mixdown for another Beatport chart topper for Flume, and completed countless remixes – the Beastie Boys being just one of them.
As a bassist and keyboardist Michael has worked with Flight Facilities, Jamie Lidell, Snoop Dogg, Utah Saints, PNAU… and opened for Daft Punk on their now-legendary pyramid tour.
Despite such rockstar achievements, Michael is such an all-round nice guy that you forget all of this when talking to him. He is one of our favourite music nerds of all time and it’s an honour when he’s available to teach classes at Liveschool and share his passion and his knowledge.
