Release Music is for artists who have finished music and want to learn how to release it with purpose.

You’ll learn distribution, release planning, brand development, marketing strategy, audience building, and team structure — not as abstract theory, but as part of a real release process you move through during the course.

The module culminates in an actual release day. You won’t just learn about launching music — you’ll prepare and execute a release with a dedicated artist community and direct access to industry insight throughout.

Who This Module Is For

Release Music is for producers, artists, and artist-managers who already have music ready to go and want to learn how to launch it professionally. You should have at least two completed songs ready for release.

We usually recommend that your first releases in this module are not your absolute top tracks. That gives you room to learn the release process, refine your systems, and build confidence before rolling out your strongest material.

If you’re unsure whether you’re ready, get in touch and we’ll help assess the right starting point.

FAQs

What skills or experience do I need before taking this module?

You should have at least two completed songs ready to release.

  • We generally recommend that these first releases are not your absolute top tracks, so you can learn the process without putting your highest-stakes material under first-time pressure.
  • If you’re unsure whether you’re ready, get in touch and we’ll help assess where you’re at.

Do I need to buy anything before I start?

The only requirement is a computer capable of running Zoom for the live online sessions.

What happens if I can’t make it to class?

We offer flexible options:

  1. Access detailed study resources at home if you miss a session.
  2. Discounted one-to-one sessions are available for follow-up support.
  3. Join a waitlist to retake the session at a later date.

Are payment plans available?

Yes, we offer flexible instalment plans. Begin with a deposit and pay the rest in manageable monthly instalments. For more details, follow the timetable links above. Note: some payment plans require early enrolment.

Why do you recommend not releasing my best tracks first?

Your first release is partly a learning experience. You’ll be setting up systems, testing your rollout process, refining your messaging, and learning how your audience responds. By releasing strong but lower-stakes tracks first, you give yourself room to improve the process before launching your most important material.

Is Release Music online only?

Yes. Release Music is delivered exclusively online, which allows access to a wider range of industry guests and mentors.
