Master the best way to structure your music

Master the art of arranging fully-formed tracks from simple ideas – creating builds, breaks, bridges, variations and drops – all while maintaining a natural flow to your song structure. This course delivers the skills, knowledge and workflow you need to turn your hard-drive full of halfway-there ideas into a production line of finished tracks, and to get you moving beyond simple looped ideas every time you write.

As well as revealing personal electronic music arrangement workflows from the course’s developers – Harley Streten (Flume), George Nicholas (Seekae) and Adam Maggs (Ableton) – you’ll be taken through song structure blueprints and tricks used by top producers across multiple genres, leaving you with an arsenal of techniques you can instantly apply to your own productions.

FAQ

What skills or experience are needed to do Arrangements?

Arrangements is designed for in-depth exploration beyond the Create & Destroy course.

You can attend this course if you fit into one of the following options.

1. You already have operational knowledge of Ableton Live or basic MIDI programming.

2. You have attended our Create & Destroy course.

What happens if I don’t complete my final production projects on time?

During the course you are given creative projects to work on. These help you put your learning into action, while progressing your skills at a comfortable pace. If any of your productions aren’t complete by the due date, there is no penalty – the projects are about creativity and production quality. If you are falling behind for any reason, we can provide one-to-one training to help catch you back up.

What if my circumstances change and I can’t attend one or more sessions?

After booking your course you are responsible for attending all dates and we do not refund, nor accept any liability for your loss of course time. Alternatively, you may be able to transfer your booking to another date or course if you contact us at least 1 month before the course begins. This is subject to availability.
